Commenced an internship at ReballTek Azores, where I resolved issues with notebooks, desktops, consoles, and controllers, gained experience with customer support, and oversaw store inventory replacement and organization.

Embarked on my second internship at ReballTek Azores, performing the same tasks as before.

Completed the "IT and Management" program at Escola Profissional do Pico, culminating with the presentation of my final project entitled "DataShell".
